I confirm that I am a retailer / wholesaler / Authorised dealer and have placed
the above order for reselling these products.
|

|
I have checked the quantity and the rates before placing the order.
|
|
•
|
|
I understand that the order will be processed only after I have made the payment.
|
|
•
|
|
I am aware that if I fail to make the payments within 5 working days the above order
will be cancelled and I will not complain about the non availability of certain
articles because of this.
|

|
In case a cheque is dishonoured for any reasons whatsoever I will bear the bank
charges at actual which will be communicated to me by BSBIPL.
|
|

|
I know that the BSBIPL inventory is dynamic and there might be certain articles
that I have ordered but may not be dispatched because of the same.
|
|

|
|
Any quality/quantity related complaint will be notified to the BSBIPL team immediately
upon receipt of the material.
|
|
•
|
|
In case a quality complaint is received after the product is sold to the customer
the decision of BSBIPL will be final and binding upon me.
|
|
•
|
|
BSBIPL will not provide stock correction under any circumstances except for parties
where BSBIPL has entered into an agreement providing them with the same.
|
|
•
|
|
There will be no sales return under any circumstances without the prior approval
from BSBIPL team.
|
|

|
|
I am aware that BSBIPL uses outside logistics partner and have limited control over
the delivery period. I will not hold BSBIPL responsible for any delay because of
deficiency of services by them nor will be entitled for any sort of claim for the
same.
